To replace a wiper blade on a Honda Accord, lift the wiper arm away from the windshield and locate the release tab or button on the wiper blade assembly. Press or push the release mechanism to detach the old blade from the assembly. Align the new wiper blade with the assembly and firmly press it until it clicks into place.

Takes about 45 mins if ur doing it the first time. I can probably install one in 20 mins now. Hardest part is getting the cover off the steering wheel. You won't really notice any performance difference between the two generations. Same thing goes for the Accord coupes for the 8th to 8.5 gens. I know the coupes have a different front bumper along with front grill. They have different style wheels (depends on the trim). They have different tail lights (they stick out).
