Ford Mondeo - automatic gearbox problems. After driving for about 15 miles or 15 minuets my gearbox will change up and down without any imput from myself or any change in road conditions,this will sometimes right itself after about 5 minuets .Its a low milage 1997 car to good to sc*** for something silly.

I am facing a very unusual problem with the YOM 2001 Mk3 Mondeo Auto Transmission car (2 ltr petrol). As I speak, the gear selector is stuck at N. It does not move from N to R or P. But it DOES move from N to D, 2 and 1 and back to N as usual, while the car is started. Selector sequence is P-R-N-D-3-2-1.
Hi. Have a 97 Ford Mondeo Auto 2.0. Having some kind of problem with the transmission.
